Face Masks - handmade in Melbourne

Please note, these are not medical grade face masks. Please understand that our handmade face masks are not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We recommend washing before first use, and every time after the mask has been work. Please wash your hands thoroughly each time the mask is handled.

In circumstances where medical grade PPE is recommended, you should consult a health care professional. The decision to use this mask is solely your own.

We have created these masks as a way to bring a little colour and joy to our very strange new world. They are intended to assist with social distancing measures but do not claim to provide respiratory protection from viruses. They may help prevent the spread of germs.

Please remember that use of face masks is not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19. This includes social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face.  Please follow the latest advice of the Department of Health and Human Services and your own health care professionals as to how best to keep yourself safe.

Returns/exchange of face masks are not available due to health and hygiene reasons. Little Puddles will not be held liable for any health concerns that occur whilst this mask is in use. By purchasing this face mask you agree to purchasing at own risk. Face masks are not to be worn by very young children (especially under the age of 2) and should not be worn whilst sleeping or lying.

Shipping timeframes - Covid19

Due to the current crisis, we are working with social distancing guidelines and limiting our attendance at the Post Office. Shipping days are now Monday and Thursday. Thank you for your understanding and your support during these uncertain and difficult times.

Shipping | Australia 

We ship Australia wide, via Australia Post. All products in stock will be shipped within 7 business days with tracking numbers.

  • Free shipping for all orders over $50.
  • $7.95 Regular tracked post charge for all order under 500g
  • $12.95 Regular tracked post charge for all orders under 500g-5kg
  • $18.00 Heavy Goods Post charge for orders 5-20kg

Overseas enquiries for orders are most welcome, please email us for a quote.

Pick Up 

Products can be picked up from the studio in Caroline Springs, Victoria. Further details will be provided once an order has been confirmed. 

Orders | Custom

Wreaths and Mobiles will be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks, as they are predominantly made to order, with limited quantities in stock.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks on custom orders, depending on size of order, stock availability and timeframes agreed with customer. If your order is urgent, please notify us, we always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

It’s like lay-by, but better! Afterpay makes your purchases manageable by breaking them down into 4 smaller fortnightly payments over 56 days.

Afterpay | How does it work?

We offer simple instalment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply shop with one of our favourite stores found in the Shop Directory and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by the merchant. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over 8 weeks. There's no interest or added fees and nothing to pay up front for returning Afterpay users. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal, so there's no waiting like a layby.

Return Policy | Exchanges & Lost Parcels

Little Puddles are not liable for lost or damaged goods, however, please contact us if you have an issue to see if we can assist with tracking, etc, as all enquiries will be considered on an individual basis. All goods are shipped via standard post with tracking. Please specify if you would like to add insurance to your shipping quote.

Little Puddles are not responsible for 'change of mind' so please consider your purchase carefully.

Given the handmade nature of our products, please treat all purchases with care…you are always very welcome to contact us with any queries for care instructions.

All care is taken to represent colours accurately, please note however that some variation may occur with different monitors or devices.
